Installation of Plugin

  1. The installation of the plugin is just like any other plugin installation for WordPress. Login to your WordPress site and go to Plugins > Add New.
  2. At the Install Plugins Page click on Upload from the top navigation and then click on browse.
  3. Go to the location on your computer where you saved the downloaded plugin zip file and upload this zipped file. You need to unzip the file first to get the plugin zip file.
  4. Now click on Install Now.
  5. Wait until WordPress has uploaded the file. If it's done click on Activate Plugin.
  6. Now you should see a message 'Plugin activated' at the top of the window.

Simply just Drag & Drop the 'Advanced Accordion' into the 'Drag widget here' or the '+'' section..

Once you add it, you will see basic layout as show in below screenshot.

Configure Content Settings

Under the ‘Content’ tab, you will find the General & Content Settings sections.

From the ‘General Settings’ section, you can use the drop-down menu to choose Accordion Type out of these two: Accordion & Toggle.
You can enable or disable and change the Toggle Icon & Speed.

Content Settings

From the ‘Content Settings’ section, you can change your ‘Content Title’ and ‘Content Type’.
By default, ‘Content Type’ is set as ‘Content’. You can add your text or shortcode in the ‘Tab Content’.

You can also use your ‘Saved Template’ as ‘Content Type’. You can also change the Tab Icon and enable/disable ‘Active as Default’ tab option.

Style Advanced Accordion

Switch to the ‘Style’ tab to style all the elements of Advanced Accordion. You can add Styling to ‘Tab’, ‘Content’, ‘Icon’, ‘Typography’, ‘Toggle Caret’, ‘Button’ and many more from this section as per your preference.
